What is covered
We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from the date your drone is delivered back to you. This covers solder joints, wiring, and any configuration we applied. If a build defect appears within this period, we will repair it free of charge.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover: component failure (motors, FC, camera, VTX, receiver), crash damage, water damage, damage caused by incorrect battery voltage, or any modifications you make after receiving the drone.
How to claim
Contact us within the 30-day warranty period with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo or video. We will assess the claim and arrange repair or return shipping as appropriate.
Return shipping for warranty claims
You are responsible for shipping the drone back to us for a warranty repair. We will cover return shipping back to you once the repair is complete.
