Build defects
If your drone has a build defect caused by our work — a cold solder joint, a wiring error, or a misconfiguration — we will repair it at no additional charge. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your drone with a description of the issue.
Component failure
We are not responsible for component failures that occur after delivery. If a motor, FC, or other part fails through normal use or a crash, that is a standard repair job.
Cancellations
You may cancel your booking before your parts are shipped to us at no cost. Once your parts are in transit or have arrived at our workshop, we cannot accept cancellations. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for any labour completed and return shipping of your parts.
Faulty parts on arrival
If a component is dead on arrival and we cannot complete the build, we will return your parts at cost. No service fee will be charged for work not completed.
