How It Works
Send us your parts. Get back a flying drone. Here's exactly what happens in between.
Turnaround
From the day your parts arrive at our workshop to the day your drone ships back, we aim to do this in matter of days / weeks.. Complex builds or repairs with hard-to-source parts may take a little longer — we'll always let you know upfront.
Turnaround starts from parts receipt, not booking date.
Step by step
Book your build
Fill in the booking form with your name, email, the service you need, and a list of the parts you're sending. We'll confirm your booking by email within 24 hours and give you the shipping address.
You don't pay anything at this stage. We just need to know what's coming so we can plan the work.
Pack and ship your parts
Pack your components carefully — bubble wrap or foam padding works well for motors and FC stacks. Label the package with your name and booking reference. Ship to our Gibraltar workshop.
Important: do not include LiPo batteries. We cannot accept or return batteries due to shipping regulations. Everything else is fine.
We confirm receipt
Once your parts arrive we'll send you a confirmation email. We'll also flag any missing components or anything that looks damaged before we start work, so there are no surprises.
Typical delivery time from Spain or the EU is 2–4 days. Gibraltar local drop-off is also available — just let us know.
We build and tune
Your drone is assembled by hand — every joint soldered, every wire routed cleanly. Once it's together we do a basic flight controller setup to get it flying: motor directions, ESC calibration, and a working OSD. We don't touch your rates, PIDs or personal tune — that's yours to dial in.
We get it flying — not perfectly tuned to your style. Every pilot has their own preferences, so we leave rates and PIDs at sensible defaults for you to adjust.
Test flight and sign-off
Every build gets a test flight before it ships. We check throttle response, motor temps, video feed, and overall feel. If anything isn't right we fix it first.
You'll receive a short photo or video of your drone flying as proof of sign-off. No exceptions.
Pay and receive
Once the build is signed off we send you a checkout link for the service fee plus return shipping. Your drone ships as soon as payment is confirmed.
Return shipping is tracked. Typical delivery back to Spain or the EU is 2–4 days after dispatch.

- FC / ESC stack or AIO board
- Camera
- VTX (if separate)
- Receiver
- Props (optional — we can test without)
- Any spare hardware (screws, standoffs, plugs)
Do not include
- LiPo batteries — we cannot accept or return these
- Goggles or controllers — not needed for the build
- Chargers or power supplies
LiPo batteries cannot be shipped by standard post. Any package containing batteries will be returned unopened.
