Service
TomChip FPV provides FPV drone build, repair, and configuration services. You supply the parts; we supply the labour. By booking a service you agree to these terms.
Parts
You are responsible for supplying all required components. We do not stock spare parts. If a component is missing or faulty on arrival, we will contact you before proceeding. We are not responsible for the cost of replacement parts.
Payment
Payment is due after the build is complete and test-flown. We will send you a checkout link at that point. Your drone will not be shipped until payment is confirmed. We accept card payments.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are added at checkout. We ship to Gibraltar, Spain, and the EU only. We do not ship LiPo batteries under any circumstances. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the carrier during return shipping, but we will assist with any claims.
Turnaround
We aim to complete builds within 5–7 working days of receiving your parts. This is a target, not a guarantee. We will notify you of any delays.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for consequential losses, including damage caused by flying the completed drone. FPV drones carry inherent risk — fly responsibly and in accordance with local regulations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
